Sure-Flex couplings

ข้อต่อยาง **TB Wood's Sure-Flex®** ใช้ปลอกยาง (Sleeve) ที่ผลิตจากวัสดุ **EPDM**, **Neoprene** หรือ **Hytrel** และมีความยืดหยุ่นในการบิดตัว (Torsional Flexibility) ที่ยอดเยี่ยม

การยืดหยุ่นได้ **4 ทิศทาง (4-Way Flexing Action)** ช่วยดูดซับแรงกระแทก การเยื้องศูนย์ (Misalignment) และการเคลื่อนที่ตามแนวแกน (End Float) ได้แทบทุกประเภท ทำให้ระบบส่งกำลังทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่น ลดการสั่นสะเทือน และช่วยยืดอายุการใช้งานของอุปกรณ์ที่เชื่อมต่อกัน

Jaw couplings

TB Wood’s Jaw couplings are designed to meet high-quality standards while remaining affordable. Wood’s offers two Jaw-type elastomeric couplings: a straight L-Jaw coupling available with four insert materials and a straight C-Jaw coupling designed for high-torque loads. Both are 100% interchangeable

Form-Flex Couplings / Flexible Disc Couplings

Form-Flex® couplings transmit torque while compensating for angular, parallel and axial misalignment between two connected shafts. Flexible disc couplings minimize the misalignment forces on the connected equipment.

  • High-strength, flexible, stainless-steel discs are available in three styles: 4-bolt, straight-sided (A, M series); 6-bolt, straight-sided (B Series); and 8-bolt, round (D, F, H series). Alloy discs are also available
  • Transmits torque with zero backlash while compensating for angular and parallel misalignment between two connected shafts
  • Ideal for smooth or uneven conditions and moderate to heavy loads where elastomeric couplings are a typical problem
  • Close-coupled, spacer and floating shaft designs offer total solutions for pumps, engine-driven equipment, printing, and positioning systems.

Rigid Couplings

TB Wood’s Rigid couplings are ribbed-type compression couplings that are recommended for emergency and regular service on heavily loaded shafts. These couplings are bored true to shaft size, and the halves are separated during the boring operation to allow for clamping when the halves are drawn together.
