Side Channel Blower

FPZ เป็นผู้ผลิตเครื่องดูดอากาศ (Blower) และเครื่องสร้างสูญญากาศ (Vacuum) มีชื่อเรียกต่างๆกัน อาทิเช่น Side Channel Blower หรือ Ring Blower หรือ Turbo Blower หรือ Vortex Blower หรือ Regenerative Blower มีทั้งแบบใบพัดแถวเดียว (Single Stage) หรือ ใบพัดหลายแถว (Multi Stage) ขึ้นกับความดัน (Pressure) ที่ต้องการใช้งาน ใช้ในอุตสาหกรรม ทำน้ำบริสุทธิ์, กำจัดน้ำเสีย, อาหาร, ยา, อวกาศ, ทอผ้า, การแพทย์, และควบคุมสิ่งแวดล้อม

Blower Fan และ Compressor เป็นอุปกรณ์ประเภทเดียวกัน ใช้ในการดูด หรือเป่า ขับเคลื่อนหรือเปลี่ยนความดันของอากาศ หรือแก๊ซ ให้มากขึ้นหรือน้อยลง โดยการเปลี่ยนความเร็วรอบ (Rotor speed) และการปรับให้องศาตักลมของใบพัด (Rotor blade angle) ให้หมุนตักลมหรือแก๊ซได้แตกต่างกัน เพื่อให้ได้ปริมาณลม (Flow volume) หรือมีความดันที่ขาออกของโบลวเวอร์ (Compression ratio) แตกต่างกันออกไป ตามความต้องการใช้งาน

การทำงานของ Blower

โบลเวอร์ประกอบด้วยใบพัดอิมเพลลอร์ (impeller blade) ติดตั้งอยู่ภายในโครงเรือน (housing) เมื่ออากาศไหลเข้าสู่ช่องทางเข้า (inlet port)
ใบพัดอิมเพลลอร์จะทำหน้าที่ดูดอากาศเข้าและเร่งความเร็วของอากาศให้เคลื่อนที่ในแนวรัศมีออกด้านนอกและไปในทิศทางด้านหน้า ขณะที่ใบพัดแต่ละใบส่งพลังงานให้อากาศ
ความเร็วของอากาศจะเพิ่มสูงขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง บริเวณส่วนล่างของโครงเรือนจะมีอุปกรณ์แยกอากาศ (air stripper) ทำหน้าที่บังคับทิศทางการไหลของอากาศออกจากโครงเรือน
โดยเปลี่ยนพลังงานจลน์ให้เป็นความดัน ส่งผลให้ความเร็วของอากาศลดลงและความดันเพิ่มขึ้น

Side Channel Blower Standard Design

The standard FPZ design is a direct drive configuration, with a dynamically balance impeller fitted directory on the motor shaft. Fitted motors are 2-pole, 1 or 3 phase, rated for continuous service. Standard motors utilize class F insulation, are suitable for use with a variable speed drive (3 phase only), and are tropicalized for corrosion resistance. Single or two stage options are pictured above.

Model GOR / GVR Design

"GOR / GVR" designs utilize a standard nema (or metric) electric motor that is directly coupled to the blower shaft. This direct coupled design allows the use of specialty motors that may be required to meet a variety of electrical requirements. For some models the vacuum / pressure capabilities can be increased with this GOR / GVR design
